1. Acceptance of terms
By using the ex-ticket.com platform, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services provided
ex-ticket.com is an online ticketing platform that allows the purchase of tickets for cultural, sports, and entertainment events. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.
3. Purchasing tickets
Purchased tickets are personal and non-transferable. The displayed price includes all applicable fees. Payment is made online through the methods available on the platform. Order confirmation is sent by email within a maximum of 5 minutes after payment.
4. Refund policy
Purchased tickets are non-refundable, except when the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer. In case of cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded in full within a maximum of 30 business days.
5. Organizer's responsibility
ex-ticket.com acts exclusively as an intermediary between the buyer and the event organizer. The organizer is solely responsible for the event, its quality, and compliance with the conditions promised.
6. Personal data protection
The personal data collected (name, email, phone) is used exclusively for processing orders and sending confirmations. We do not sell or transmit your data to third parties, except to the organizers of the events for which you purchased tickets.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the ex-ticket.com platform, including logos, images, and text, is protected by copyright. Reproduction or use of this content without the written consent of ex-ticket.com is prohibited.
8. Disputes
Any dispute arising from the use of the platform will be resolved amicably. Otherwise, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Romania. You may also file a complaint through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).
