Cookie Policy

See also our Privacy Policy for complete details about the personal data we collect and your rights.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They are used to remember preferences, keep sessions active, and, optionally, to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

2. What categories of cookies we use

We divide the cookies used on ex-ticket.com into two categories:

  • Necessary (always active) β€” essential for the site to function: authentication, shopping cart, security, remembering your cookie preference. These cannot be disabled.
  • Marketing & analytics (only with your consent) β€” pixels from Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads, used to measure advertising campaign performance and understand which ads lead to ticket sales.

3. Marketing cookies, in detail

These cookies are activated only after you choose "Accept all" or check "Marketing & analytics" in the cookie banner:

  • Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) β€” measures content views, checkout initiations, and purchases originating from Meta ads.
  • TikTok Pixel β€” measures the same events for campaigns run on TikTok.
  • Google Ads (gtag) β€” measures conversions originating from Google Ads campaigns.

4. How to express and change your choice

On your first visit, a banner is shown where you can accept all cookies, refuse them, or customize your choice by category. Your choice is remembered for approximately 6 months, during which you will not be asked again. If you refuse or do not give consent, marketing pixels do not load and do not transmit any information β€” regardless of which page you visit.

5. What happens if you refuse

Refusing marketing cookies does not in any way affect the functioning of the site, ticket purchases, or access to your account β€” only internal measurements of advertising campaign performance are affected.

Want to change your choice?

You can reopen the cookie settings at any time and change your preference for the marketing category.
